Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery times may vary depending on location and the freight provider. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where possible.
Shipping Delays:
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., courier delays).
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you can’t return your toolbox. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item*, we can arrange the return, a replacement, or offer a discount, at no cost to you. Return shipping will be covered by Endura or the freight provider, and we will provide either a replacement or a full refund where applicable. Please contact us at sales@enduranz.co.nz or via phone 0366 95 29 9 within 5 days of receiving your order to report any issues; requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or discount. Please do not sign the delivery receipt if the product is visibly damaged, as doing so may affect eligibility for a return, exchange, refund, or discount.
Change of Mind:
If you no longer want or need a product, returns are still accepted for refund (excluding freight) or exchange. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any price differences for product exchanges. Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their order; requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
