This build is designed to transition seamlessly from hauling heavy machinery to managing massive chip loads. It features a robust 5.0m tipping bin with 1.7m high sides and rear barn-style doors, providing the volume and durability needed for the most demanding arboriculture and earthmoving jobs. We’ve eliminated the need for multiple trips, saving you time and fuel on every job.

SUPPLY & BUILD, DETAILS

Fabricate steel tipper bin. 4150 L x 1700 H x 2350W (Internal dimensions)
Fit frontal body hoist /PTO and Pump / hydraulic body lock
Barn style rear doors locking in the center, with V groove to accommodate digger boom and ease of loading chip into bin.
Set up all hydraulics
4x tie downs in side bin for digger (2x each side)
Supply & Fit Kiwi tarp to body
Fabricate draw beam with Pintle 3500kg rated.
Pull out access steps at rear to view or access bin
Supply & fit 2x Digger ramps to fit under body
Supply & Fit mudguards – Rhino guards, with mudflaps on rear guard only.
Supply & Fit steps and grab handles to access toolbox – Fitted to both sides.
Sand blast and paint tipper body & toolbox with 2-Pac paint. (colour to be confirmed by client)
Certification – Vehicle supplied with certification to cover hoist and hinge attachment to chassis and Load Anchorage points as required by LTSA.
Safety labels fitted where applicable.

Supply & fit rear Flashers – 2 x Narva 85208A LED mounted beside taillights
Supply & fit front grill mounted Flashers – 2 x Narva 85208A LED
Supply & Fit taillights – 2 x Narva 94210 LED mounted in protective framework.
Supply & Fit night light integral in RHS taillight.
Supply & Fit reflectors – 2 x Narva Red 84062, fitted to taillights.
Supply & Fit toolbox Internal lights.
Supply & Fit 8x side marker lights. 4 each side.

TOOLBOX SUPPLY & FITTING

Supply & Fit toolboxes to go between body and cab with 2x shelves, full cab width x cab height x 600mmD
Supply & Fit Rubber matting fitted on all shelves.
Finish – paint unit prior to final installation, with 2pak paint in White to match cab. (or custom colour)
Supply & Fit 1x underdeck Duravault Vulcan I toolbox 800x500x500
