Built for the Job: Inside Endura's Grounds Maintenance Transporter Truck

Moving mowers and small machinery between job sites is a daily reality for parks and recreation contractors, and doing it through tight city streets adds its own set of challenges. Endura's Grounds Maintenance Transporter Truck is a compact Class 1 deck purpose-built for exactly that, giving open space and facility service teams an easy, reliable way to shift equipment without the bulk of a larger vehicle.

Compact by Design, Built for the City

The transporter deck's compact Class 1 footprint is what sets it apart from bigger transport builds. It's sized to handle mowers, small machinery, and other equipment with ease, while still being manoeuvrable enough for tight urban spaces and narrow city streets, exactly the environment most parks and recreation contractors work in day to day.

Storage That Keeps Tools Organised

A full-width top-hinged toolbox sits at the front of the deck, fitted with three adjustable shelves and rubber matting to keep tools and equipment secure in transit. Two further underdeck toolboxes add extra capacity, and an onboard handwash station means crews can clean up on site rather than waiting until they're back at the depot.

Loading and Securing Equipment Safely

The deck itself is designed around safe, low-hassle loading. A full-width split hydraulic ramp drops down for low-clearance parking, angled at 17 degrees to stop mower decks scraping as they're driven on or off. Certified rope rails double as deck-mounted rub rails, and tie-down points keep loads secure once they're in place. Access steps and a safety grab handle make getting on and off the deck straightforward, while 15mm high grip bars give equipment extra traction, particularly useful through the winter months.

Safety and Visibility on the Road

A run of electrical features rounds out the build. A handbrake alarm and reverse-activated flashers and beacon add an extra layer of awareness around the truck, backed by LED front and rear flashers, a roof-mounted LED beacon, and LED taillights for visibility in low light. An in-cab alarm alerts the driver if the gullwing toolbox doors aren't fully locked before driving off, and reverse camera and parking sensors are supplied and fitted as standard.
